We’re excited to announce the opening of our 4th transloading site in Evans, Colorado. This new site will service the crude oil market, with the ability to handle fuels, lubes and other oil field materials. The site is located on the Union Pacific Railroad (a class 1 railroad) and will transport crude oil being produced from the expanding Niobrara Shale Formation. Our three other transloading sites are located in Albuquerque, NM, La Feria, TX and Monahans, TX.
In a recent press release, our Director of Business Development Scott Swanson shared our plans to start shipping manifest (single cars) of crude, while developing a strategy to expand to unit train shipments as the Niobrara Shale Formation grows. The site will complement our existing frac-fueling business and crude operations in the area, and our overall fuel and logistics service offerings nationwide.
"We offer complete 24/7 operations and pride ourselves on our attention to details and exceptional safety procedures. From on-site personnel to sales and back office support, our team delivers the best service the industry has to offer," said Bob Kenyon, Executive Vice President, Sales and Business Development, when asked about the development.
As our country’s domestic oil production industry continues to grow, we are well equipped to serve as a single-source provider for exploration and production companies with their fuel and transportation needs.
