Atlas Indiana

Simon Holdings acquired B&R Oil Company (Atlas Indiana) in October of 2002. Headquartered in Granger (South Bend) Indiana, Atlas Indiana is one of the largest Conoco Phillips distributors in the United States.

Atlas Indiana supplies fuel to Retail stations under the Conoco Phillips and Citgo brands in Indiana and Western Michigan. For over 25 years Atlas Indiana has helped its’ customers by introducing multiple profit centers into their businesses. Subway, Arby's, Taco Bell Express, Dairy Queen and others are all represented at various Atlas Indiana locations.

Using its innovative model of commission marketers, Atlas Indiana sets the retail street price and commissions its operators on a monthly basis based on the sites fuel profitability. In addition, Atlas Indiana owns many of the sites it supplies and generates rental income from its’ operators.

Like Atlas, Atlas Indiana does not operate any retail sites. In addition, Atlas Indiana has a fleet of 7 (seven) transport vehicles and performs the majority of the fuel related maintenance at its sites.
