Michael J. Evans - Executive Vice President / Merger and Acquistions and FastTrack Ventures

Responsible for new growth for the business, Michael joined Atlas Oil Company in the fall of 1996. Since then Michael has held a number of positions that have enabled him to gain experience in the petroleum industry. Michael has been responsible for real estate development and sales, served as the Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager, Chief Development Officer and President of Atlas Oil Company. Michael has helped complete several acquisitions for the company and is currently its Executive Vice President of Merger and Acquistions and FastTrack Ventures.

Michael's business career spans 18 years including 8 years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where Michael began as a Financial Analyst supporting General Motors Executive Staff business units. Michael was selected for many significant M&A opportunities culminating in the lead financial role for the negotiating team on EDS’ spin off from General Motors (GM) in 1996.

Michael attended Western Michigan University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating in Finance.

William Shaver - Executive Vice President of Retail Marketing Atlas Indiana

Responsible for all of the Retail Wholesale business of Atlas Oil Company in Indiana. Bill Shaver has over 28 years of experience focused mainly in the Retail Service Station Industry.

Previously, Bill was Director of Operations for Clark Retail Enterprises' 650 company operated locations. Bill was also Vice President of Operations for Welsh, Inc., a large Exxon-Mobil and BP-Amoco distributor. As Vice President of Strategic Services at Welsh, Inc. Bill managed the company's real estate portfolio, including environmental remediation projects, and was nominated by Indiana Governor Frank O'Bannon to two terms on the state's Financial Assurance Board.

Bill is a graduate of Indiana University.

David Barnes - Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Responsible for all of the company's legal needs, including contract negotiation, litigation, compliance and acquisitions and divestitures.

David was most recently Vice President and General Counsel of Venture Holdings Company, a tier one auto supplier, which he joined while Venture was undergoing a chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization in order to help Venture emerge from bankruptcy.

Prior to Venture Holdings, David previously practiced law at two of Detroit's largest law firms, Dykema Gossett and Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn. David also has held various finance, sales and business development positions with Ford Motor Company and Hewlett-Packard Company.

David graduated summa cum laude from the Detroit College of Law, earned an MBA in Finance and a Master's degree in Economics, both from Indiana University, and earned a Bachelor's degree in mathematics from Purdue University.
