Fast Track Ventures (FTV) is the real estate development arm of the Atlas Oil Company. Fast Track facilitates the acquisition, sale and management of retail gasoline station/convenience store properties in the United States. FTV is committed to securing and developing retail properties in effort to enhance Atlas Oil Company's supply business.
The Fast Track team is made up of knowledgeable and experienced petroleum industry specialists, real estate analysts, expert site planners, convenience store operations specialists and retail managers.
What We Do
- Property Evaluation
Using proprietary evaluation criteria and modeling techniques, FTV will evaluate an existing or non-developed property for the potential development of a retail gas station/convenience store location. - Property Acquisition & Development
For properties that meet its criteria, FTV will often acquire that property for either enhancement or ground-up development of a new station. - Property Brokerage/Sale
FTV maintains an active role in the gasoline station/convenience store real estate marketplace. As such, FTV actively sells or leases its properties to qualified buyers.
